Hello Robinson Community!

My name is Carl Ellerkamp, and I am thrilled to teach the 3rd/4th grade multiage class.

Originally from a small town in Massachusetts, I moved to Vermont to complete my degree at UVM. I began my teaching career at Richmond Elementary School, where I spent several wonderful years teaching second and third grade. After my family purchased our first home in Bristol, we knew we wanted to put down roots right here in the district. My two children are excited to join the Mt. Abe community, and my fiancé works locally as a men’s hair stylist and residential/commercial cleaner.

When we aren’t at school or work, our family loves spending time outdoors! You’ll often find us riding four-wheelers, walking our dogs, or bouncing on the trampoline. On sunny days, my fiancé and I also love getting out on our motorcycle to explore all the beautiful corners of Vermont.
